By accessing this website, submitting an intake inquiry, or utilizing the services provided by Fresh & New Beginnings Transitional Housing, LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services Offered & Program Eligibility

Fresh & New Beginnings Transitional Housing, LLC provides structured housing, life skills development, and community support resources.

  • Intake Inquiries: Submitting an intake or referral form through this website does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or admission into our housing programs.

  • Final Decisions: Program admission is determined solely by our intake team based on eligibility criteria, background screenings, interview evaluations, and bed availability.

3. Community Rules & Accountability

All residents admitted into the physical transitional housing program must sign and strictly adhere to a separate, comprehensive Residential License Agreement and House Rules. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining a completely drug- and alcohol-free environment (subject to testing).

  • Active participation in mandatory case management, life skills classes, and house chores.

  • Respecting the curfew, safety guidelines, and privacy of fellow residents. Failure to comply with residential house rules is grounds for immediate termination of program placement.

4. User Conduct on the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information on intake or contact forms.

  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security, servers, or networks connected to the Wix platform.

  • Using our contact information for unauthorized marketing or spam communications.
